- Analysis of your situation and development of goals
- A comprehensive analysis of your interests, strengths, resources and opportunities for development
- An in-depth development of your professional and personal goals for the next 5-10 years, taking into account alternative scenarios
- A concrete plan for the next 1-2 years, also taking personal needs into account
- Feedback to optimize your résumé, job search strategy, etc. as needed
- A detailed written report complete with personalized research
- A 3 hour Manifestation Coaching session where we focus on concrete planning/strategy
- 3 Follow-Up Coaching sessions to support successful goal implementation, in-person or online
Duration
- Approx. 5-6 hours at home preparation (Online Assessment, Worksheets)
- 7.5 hours here on-site
- 3 hours of Manifestation Coaching
- 3 x 2 hours of Follow-Up Coaching sessions
- + approx. 7 hours of our time for analysis, research and written report
