We go beyond the classic career coaching that you’d expect after a lay-off or a burnout situation. We’ve found that not every successful professional wants to keep going down the same career path they’ve always been on. When you’re truly looking to develop a fresh perspective – in a very personal, individualized and strength-based way, this is the right place for you. We specialize in working with professionals, executives and senior executives.

And of course we also address all of the topics that often accompany a lay-off or burnout: health and emotions, stress management and resilience, early retirement and possible self-employment.

Content

What Is Included

Analysis of the situation, development of goals for the coaching process
A comprehensive analysis of interests, values, strengths, resources and growth opportunities
An in-depth development of a professional and personal perspective for the next 5-10 years, focusing on relevant areas of emphasis
Feedback to optimize your CV, job search strategy, personal branding, as needed
A detailed report complete with personalized research, relevant links and contacts
A Manifestation Coaching Session where we focus on concrete steps, planning and strategy for the upcoming months and years
4 2-hr follow-up coaching sessions to support successful goal implementation, in-person or online

Duration

5 hours at home preparation (online assessment, worksheets)
7 hours here on-site (goals, additional assessment sequence, working out a perspective, additional background information, discussion of the assessment results)
2 hours Manifestation Coaching
4 x 2 hours of follow-up coaching sessions(during the 6 months after the start of the New Placement process)
+ approx. 6 hours of our time for analysis, research and written report

CHF 7400.- excl. VAT/MWST (no VAT/MWST for clients from outside Switzerland)
