Use of the website by minors
The website is created for an adult audience. Minors, especially children under the age of 16, are prohibited from submitting personal data to us or registering for a service. Your answers via our booking app are collected by a third party. The legal basis for processing the data is the existence of your consent.
You can object to this data processing at any time. Please send your revocation to the following e-mail address: info@stedtnitz.ch. We’ll remove the data that was collected from our internal applications and e-mail you with confirmation it has be done so.
Review and survey
You have the possibility to rate services and enter comments. We will send an e-mail after your finished your package with the opportunity to rate your service and after an evening seminar event. For this we use the technology of Google Reviews. Google LLC is certified under the Privacy Shield. Additionally, you will be given the opportunity to participate in a customer satisfaction survey (offered by SurveyMonkey Europe UC, Shelbourne Buildings 2, Shelbourne Road, Dublin, Ireland). This survey is anonymous.
We use these technologies to improve the customer experience and to respond to customer needs where there is a legitimate interest.
Job applications
If you apply for a job with us, your personal data will be processed for the purpose of handling the application procedure. This processing can also take place electronically (e.g. by email). If we conclude an employment contract with an applicant, the transmitted data will be stored for the purpose of processing the employment relationship in compliance with the statutory provisions.
If the application procedure ends without employment, your data will be deleted, unless you have given us permission to use your data for further application procedures with us. Google AdWords
