Just one day and you`ll know the next step on your way to professional success Which professional path takes me into the future? Which school, college or University is right for me? What are my most important interests and resources? Or: I have a pretty good idea, what I would like to do, but need to know if that really is the right decision. Questions like these can really be on the mind of someone just starting out. This 7-hour intensive consultation (including a 2-hour break) gives sound and concrete answers. At the end of the day, you will know what steps to take next. As soon as you have enrolled to work with us, you will receive a detailed questionnaire. That helps us dive right into our work together. We start out talking: about your current school or job situation, about your spare time interests, the topics you would like covered and your goals for this consultation. Then we address your ideas about your future: We`ve got some very good questions ready for you here. These will lead to everything that is most important to you right now. Next, complete on some state-of-the-art questionnaires to assess your interest and style preferences. Now, you are ready for a creative break. As you know, that is often the time when unexpected ideas and solutions tend to pop up! During the two-hour consultation that follows, together we will focus on the career development path that seems the best fit for you at this time. We will discuss promising settings to pursue this path, settings that lead to further development and opportunities here in Switzerland or elsewhere. VAT when over 18 years old Are you looking for answers to questions such as these? What do I want from my life? What is important to me? Which type of work, which profession or which professional training is right for me, considering who I am and what I enjoy most? Which steps can I take to get me where I want to be? What should I emphasize in my professional development? Which personal or professional difficulties should I address and how can I go about this? How can I make enough time for my relationships and spare time pursuits? Which work or college experience (possibly in another country) is attractive at this point? How do I go about looking for a job?  We get you started with some in-depth questionnaires, helping us gain a comprehensive overview of your situation. This is followed by a one-day assessment. We start with an individual needs assessment allowing us to discover your exact goals and expectations. We continue our work with a professional assessment, based on your individual needs. For this, we use objective tests and questionnaires, based on the international "state of the art" in career counseling. We might administer an IQ/ability test or an alternative approach based on your needs. We look at your most important resources and skills, your interests, important personality aspects and potential obstacles. A short version of our innovative Life Design Mindmap allows us to access your visions and personal values. You will know what it is that you really want from your life, at least for now. When we discuss the results of our work (approx. 1.5 hours), we consider its implications in your life and in the planning of concrete further steps. If applicable, you receive detailed advice, coordinates of possible contacts, addresses of schools or colleges and books that can take you a step further in short, anything that might be helpful on your path from vision to reality. A detailed report of our work (20-30 pages) helps you discover who you are and what is most important to you. If you are coming from further away, we can work with you on two consecutive days here in Zurich. You will receive the written report by mail.
