Speed is not always everything. Sometimes it takes one step back, to take two forward. When you need to make your next important career decision, this compact coaching package is just what you need. Have you been with the same job for too long? Are you looking for a new challenge? Is it time for a re-definition of your professional goals? Do you need to make up your mind between two attractive job offers? If you are coming from further away, we can work with you on two consecutive days. You will receive your written summary by mail. Fees CHF 2'900.— excl. VAT  This efficient coaching package consists of five steps: Step 1 Prior to your first consultation you fill out some questionnaires, offering us an initial overview of your situation and your expectations. Step 2 Your first half-day session begins with a one-hour consultation where your expectations, goals and needs are clarified. This is followed by an individualized, three-hour assessment, complete with selected objective tests and questionnaires. The assessment is carefully put together with your goals and questions in mind. Step 3 You receive a homework assignment that enables you to determine your most important current goals and priorities. This takes 2-3 hours of your time. Step 4 The final two-hour discussion of the results aims at discussing the implications of the findings for your career planning and any career decisions you might face. Together we plan your next steps and discuss any further questions you may have. Step 5 You receive a compact written report of our work, complete with the most important recommendations, further valuable information and coordinates of key people and addresses. If you would like additional coaching beyond this package, no problem. Just book additional sessions with us based on your time frame and needs.
