Further services(telephone consultations, correspondence, school visits) are availableand are charged by the hour or part thereof. Our fees do not include 8,0 % VAT (foreign clients are exempt from the VAT). VAT Counseling of children and adolescents up to the age of 18 is currently exempt from the Value Added Tax VAT. Insurance coverage Sometimesschool authorities or health insurances cover the entire or partialcosts for an evaluation. Please ask your insurance professionals. However, wecannot guarantee such coverage and will notcorrespond on these matters. Cancellations Ifa session is cancelled at least five working days before the sessionthere is no charge. For a cancellation up to two days in advance wecharge half the consulting fee for the hours in question. In case of acancellation within less than 48 hours before the appointment, the fullfee for the cancelled hours will be charged. Foreign clients Please pay cash or by credit card at the time of consultation. We accept VISA and MASTERCARD. Effective from January 2008 (subject to change).
